There are picture cards that begin with both the short and long vowel sounds. There is also a picture card that ends with the letter X. All of the printables are in color and black and white too.
Your kids can use these holiday and seasonal-themed letter and sounds identification activities independently or with a partner during centers or morning tubs.
You can also use these as an intervention, small group, or early finisher resource.
How to Use:
Your students will select a card and identify the capital or lowercase letter or the picture’s beginning sound as they “feed” it to the character.
Next, they will trace or write the letter on one of the four recording sheets.
