How To Use The Christmas Present Letter Search Activity:
To begin this letter recognition activity, your preschoolers will pick a Christmas character card and identify the lowercase letter on it.
Next, your children will search for the matching capital letter on the present.
When your pre-readers spot the letter, they will color it in with a crayon or mark it with a bingo dauber.
If your children are using the mat or colored worksheet, they can cover the letters with small manipulatives such as mini Christmas bows, holiday stickers, or scrap pieces of wrapping paper.
They will then continue to select lowercase letter Christmas character cards until they have found all the matching capital letters on the mat or worksheet.
This Christmas Present Letter Search Activity is a fun and festive way for your preschoolers to identify and match lowercase and capital letters.
