What is Copywork?
Copywork is when your children copy a quote or a selection from literature onto a piece of paper or notebook. As they write, your kids use their best handwriting to create a “perfect copy” with the correct word spacing, capitalization, and punctuation marks.
As your children are writing, you can teach them about the writing styles, structures, and mechanics. Through copywork, your kids are working on the skills that will help them become fluent writers.

- 6 Dr. Seuss Quotes Copywork (2 different sets)

- Crayons

For the page toppers, there are three boys and three girls. Two of the page toppers are black and white and four of them are in color. For the copywork, there are two different styles. One set is just copywork, but the other set is designed to use with the page topper.

How To Use The Dr. Seuss Quotes Copywork:
On the copywork paper, your kids will copy the quote by Dr. Seuss that is written on the top of the paper. If there is room on the writing paper, they can copy the quote twice.
After writing the quote, your kids will color the page topper. Next, they will cut out the page topper and glue it onto the copywork paper.
