To get this letter recognition activity ready for your students to use, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
Next, download and print the cards on white card stock. Then, laminate the printables and cut the cards out.
You can store the clip cards and clothespins in a box or pouch for an easy to set up literacy center or early finisher activity.
How To Use The Easter Bunny Alphabet Clip Cards:
First, your students will pick a card and say the name of the capital letter that is on the bunny’s sign.
Next, they will find the matching capital letter and clip a clothespin on it.
Your kids will then continue to identify the letters on the cards and clip a clothespin on the matching one until they complete the activity.
Extensions and Modifications:
You can extend or modify this activity to meet the needs of your students:
- If your kids know all of the letter names, they can practice saying the sound that it makes as they clip a clothespin on it.
- Your students can cover the letters using small manipulatives and jumbo tweezers or letter tiles too.
