How To Use The Gingerbread Man Number Words Book:
When first introducing a new reading book to your kids, you can ask them to use the illustration to guess what the book is going to about and have them point to the title. Then, have them turn to the first page and point to the words as your read. They can continue following along as your read the book.
After reading the story, your students work on reading it independently, trace the number words with a pencil, and color the pictures of the gingerbread men on the cookie sheet. Then, you can send the book home with your kids so they can read it with their families for even more practice.
