Why Are Fine Motor Skills Important?
Fine motor skills are important as they help us do things that require dexterity and coordination such as picking up items, turning pages in a book, holding a pencil, and writing.
The development of the small muscles in the hands and fingers in coordination with the eyes is important as kids are learning to read and write.
