How To Use The Snowman Letter Search Activity:
For this letter recognition activity, your young learners will pick a snowball card and say the name of the capital letter on it.
After your children identify the capital letter, they will search for the matching lowercase letter on the snowman.
When your kids find the correct letter, they will color it in with a crayon or mark it with a bingo dauber.
If your children are using the mat or colored worksheet, they can cover the letters with small manipulatives like mini erasers, white pom poms, or cotton balls.
Your preschoolers and kindergarteners will then continue to pick capital letter snowball cards until they have found all the matching lowercase letters on the snowman mat or worksheet.
This Snowman Letter Search Activity is a fun way for your pre-readers to practice identifying and matching capital and lowercase letters this winter!
