ABC's of Literacy

Make learning the ABC’s a slam dunk this basketball season with this Basketball Letter Recognition Activity!

It's s a fun way for your preschoolers and kindergarteners to practice identifying capital and lowercase letters!

Step 1:

First, print the free printable basketballs and recording sheets. Then, cut the basketballs out.

Step 2:

Your kids can put the basketballs into a basketball net basket or flip the cards over.

Step 3:

They will find the letter they put in the basket on their recording sheet and color in the circle.

Step 4:

Your kids will continue marking the letters on their recording sheet until they find them all.

Step 5:

Your children can cover the letters will manipulatives or write them on the blank sheet too.
