This printable book includes a total of 8 pages (4 pages to print) including the cover in color and black and white. Plus, there is 1 sheet with the words.
What Else Is Needed:
To get this printable book ready for your students, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
Next, download and print the printable on copy paper. Then, cut the pages apart (there are 2 per page.)
Finally, stack the pages with the cover on top and staple all of them together to create a book.
How to Use the 1st Day of School Cut and Glue Book:
First, your kids will read the title “My School” and write their names on the cover. They can color the picture too.
Next, they will turn to the first page and read the repetitive text “This is my…” and identify the picture.
Then, your children will find the word that matches the picture on the paper, cut it out, and glue it on the page. They can color the picture too.
Your students will continue to cut and paste the words on each page until they complete their book.
