How to Use the Halloween Preschool Worksheets:
To begin this Halloween letter recognition activity, your preschoolers will identify the capital and lowercase letters at the top of the worksheets.
They will then say the name of the picture. You can teach your children that the picture begins with the sound that the letter makes.
Next, your kids will begin at the “start” or the first box on the worksheet.
Using a Do-A-Dot marker or crayon, they will color the capital and lowercase letters that are on the top of the worksheet.
For example, your students will select the “Gg is for ghost” worksheet. They will color the capital letter G in the first box.
Then, they will go through the maze and color all the lowercase and capital letter Gg’s until they reach the finish.
Instead of coloring the letters, your preschoolers can also cover the squares with mini erasers, pom poms, or another small manipulative.
