After downloading the resource, print the worksheets that you want to use on white copy paper.

If you want to make this activity reusable, print the worksheets on white card stock. Then, laminate the printables or place each sheet in a dry erase pocket. 

How To Use The Letter Dot Painting Worksheets:

To begin this letter formation activity, your kids will first identify the letter on the worksheet.

Next, they will finger trace the letter on the top of the page to practice how the letter is formed.

Your children can also say the name of the picture. If they know the letter sounds, they can also say the sound that the letter makes and the picture begins with. 

Worksheets for Preschool

Then, your beginning writers will practice forming the letter by using a Bingo dauber to color in the circles.

Finally, they will trace the letters at the bottom of the worksheets. 

Preschool Worksheets

If you have made this resource reusable, your kids will fill in the circles with small manipulatives such as mini erasers, pom poms, or round magnets.

They will then trace over the letters using a dry erase marker.
