How To Use The My 5 Senses Printable Book:
When first introducing the book to your kids, you can show them the picture clues and ask them what they think it’s going to be about. You can also have them point out the title of the story.
Next, your beginning reader will turn to a page in their book and read the repetitive text: “With my eyes, ears, nose, mouth, or hands, I….” You can read the book together or have them read it independently depending on their reading skills.
Then, your young learners will cut and paste the name of the sense on the page to match the picture. They will then color the picture of the person.
