What Else Is Needed:

This free printable book includes a total of 13 pages (7 pages to print) including the cover. There is also 1 sheet with the job titles.

The turkey’s jobs included in the book are construction worker, police officer, detective, doctor, farmer, firefighter, mail carrier, mechanic, pirate, deliverer, surgeon, and server.

To get this printable book ready for your kids, fill out the form. Then, download and print the pages that you want to use.

Next, cut the pages apart and stack them together in order. Finally, staple the pages of the book together.

How To Use The Thanksgiving Printable Book:

First, your kids will read the title “What Is My Job?” on the cover of the book and write their names.

Next, your children will turn to a page in their book and read the repetitive text “What is my job? I am a…”

As your beginning readers are reading the repetitive text, they can identify and circle the sight words.

After reading the text, your kids will cut and paste the job title label on the page to match the picture. They will then color the picture of the turkey.

Your children will continue to match the job titles with the pictures until they have completed their book.
