Then, make as many copies as you need for your students.
If you want to reuse this resource, laminate the worksheets or place them in dry erase pockets.
Your children can then cover the letters through the maze using dry erase markers or small manipulatives such as these snowman mini erasers.
How To Use The Winter Letter Maze Preschool Worksheets:
To begin this letter activity, your kids will identify the capital and lowercase letters at the top of the worksheets. They can trace the letters too.
Next, your children will say the name of the picture. You can teach them that the picture begins with the sound that the letter makes.
Then, your preschoolers will begin at the “start” or the first box on the worksheet.
Using a Do-A-Dot marker or crayon, they will color the capital and lowercase letters that are on the top of the worksheet.
Your kids can also cover the letters with mini erasers, pom poms, or another small manipulative.
For example, your children will select the “Ss is for snowflake” worksheet. They will color or cover the capital letter S in the first box.
Then, they will go through and mark all the lowercase and capital letter Ss’ until they have completed the maze.
